Sherb Cream Pie

I purchased 3.5 grams of Blue Roots Cannabis’s Sherb Cream Pie flower from Euphorium in Woodinville, WA. Tested by Confidence Analytics, its Strain Data Project compass is Yellow.

The product came in a clear small diameter tubular glass jar. The packaging label acts as the safety seal for its lid, upon which the jar sits. Inside was one large nug, and few small buds to complete the weight. The large nug presented as a dense, conical tree shape, dominated by very dark green buds with contrasting light orange calyxes. The center of the nug contains a straight central stem, branching into smaller bud groups radially.

Upon cutting the seal and inhaling from the jar, a light odor of pine sap and light cinnamon flavors persists. Breaking the nug open additionally presents a light cream note with a mild note of lime. After grinding, I took deep Inhales and tastes, finding a more pronounced set of citrus flavors blending the lime with lemon, orange, and pineapple. The cream notes act as a sort of carrier of those notes, smoothing out the pine scents. I placed the ground material on a working surface to aerate. After several minutes, the citrus notes dissipate. A few more minutes and the cream fades as well, leaving the piney flavors to persist indefinitely.
